Why do Rumble and Hum only use Tattoo Addict After Care?

on June 05, 2017

Tattoo Addict chatted with Lew and Carl from Rumble and Hum about why he only chooses Tattoo Addict After Care.  Here is their story:

Tattoo Addict

“Lou, you’ve been using Tattoo Addict After Care for a number of years now.  Tell us how you use it, why you use it, why you recommend it to your clients?”

Lew

“That’s easy.  It heals tattoos really quickly and also takes the itch and the sting out of a new tattoo. It also saves us, as the Tattoo Studio, from having to do touch ups at a later stage because we have very little fall out from those who use it.”

Tattoo Addict

“Carl you are also a huge fan of the Tattoo Addict After Care. What are your thoughts on the product?”

Carl

“What I really like about Tattoo Addict After Care is that’s its really easy to use. The old school nipple or nappy rash creams and other after care products are very thick and difficult to apply, and putting something thick and difficult to spread on a new tattoo really hurts.  Whereas the Tattoo Addict After Care is a great, light consistency and it goes on easily without aggravating the sensitive area at all.”

Tattoo Addict

“What do you tell people who have a tattoo done and feel they should be using Vaseline or nappy rash creams?

Lew

“Having a medical background I can tell you that there are some ingredients in the traditional nappy rash creams that are actually very good for healing a wound.  However, it’s designed to be a barrier cream and the best thing for healing a tattoo is oxygen.  Now when you use a barrier cream it stops the oxygen from getting to the tattoo, slowing down healing and creating a breeding haven for bacteria.  On the other hand when you have a product that soaks in and nourishes the skin, it’s far better for the healing process, stopping primary infections right from the get go.  It’s for this reason that we steer people away from using anything other than Tattoo Addict.”

Tattoo Addict

“Have you ever had anyone use Tattoo Addict After Care and have an adverse reaction to it?”

Lew

“In all the years that I have been recommending it to people, and I have sold it to thousands of clients, I have only had 2 people come back and say that they had an adverse reaction to it. There is always going to be a small minority of people who have adverse reactions to one or more ingredients on any sort of medication or treatment.  The fact that it’s an all-natural product reduces the risk of adverse reactions but you are always going to get a few people who may be allergic to something, take coconut or nuts as an example.   Sometimes people also over apply the product instead of following the instructions which may result in a small reaction in a select few.”

Tattoo Addict

“What advice would you give other Tattoo Studios who are thinking of stocking Tattoo Addict After Care?  What value does it add to your business?”

Carl

“Give it a go!  Seriously the proof is in the pudding.  It seriously does what it says it does and it’s so easy to use.”

Lew

“The pricing is also great.  You are getting a premium product at a very affordable price. Your imported creams are great, but they are also 4 times the price.  This is a locally produced product using natural ingredients and you are paying local pricing.  What a win!”

Tattoo Addict

“What is the craziest use, other than for healing tattoos, that you may have heard people using Tattoo Addict After Care for?”

Lew

“Well I use it as lip balm. People don’t usually volunteer the other uses for Tattoo Addict they buy a lot of tubes but I don’t get too involved.  Some things I’m not sure I need to know.”

Carl

“I love it so much I wish I could put it on toast!”

In conclusion

Seriously – if you aren’t using it or stocking it yet it perhaps it’s time to try it!
